Characteristic features such as unevenness, knotholes, and cracks, as well as possible dimensional differences, underscore the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During the manufacturing process, any existing cracks are stabilized and connected with connectors made of the same wood, which may lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic sponges, as the particles from the cleaning product and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a special cleaning product in combination with a microfiber cloth.
